We list home service providers across 10 areas in the north Austin metro: Cedar Park (our hub), and 9 surrounding areas. Pick your area to see providers serving it, plus area-specific notes on what local conditions affect home services.

Cedar Park

Hub city

Our hub city — about 80,000 residents in southwest Williamson County, suburban character, mostly newer housing stock with active HOAs.

Anderson Mill

Census-designated place straddling northwest Travis County and southwest Williamson County — about 9,000 residents, mostly mature suburban subdivisions from the 1980s and early 1990s.

Austin (north)

We don't pretend to cover all of Austin. Our directory focuses on north Austin — Crestview, Allandale, Brentwood, Hyde Park, North Loop, Wooten, Highland — where Williamson County-based providers can reasonably reach.

Brushy Creek

Census-designated place between Cedar Park and Round Rock in Williamson County — about 22,000 residents, mostly suburban subdivisions built between the 1980s and 2000s.

Georgetown

Williamson County seat — ~75,000 residents, with a historic downtown square and Sun City Texas, one of the largest 55+ master-planned communities in the U.S.

Jonestown

Small Lake Travis-edge community in Travis County (~2,500 residents) — many of the same lake-area service drivers as Lago Vista, at smaller scale and with a smaller provider pool.

Lago Vista

Small Lake Travis north-shore community in Travis County (~7,000 residents) — largely waterfront and lake-view homes, with distinct lake-area service drivers.

Leander

One of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S. — population north of 75,000 and climbing, mostly new construction in master-planned communities.

Liberty Hill

Northwest of Cedar Park, fast-growing exurban edge of the metro — large lots, well/septic prevalence, and Hill Country terrain.

Round Rock

The largest city in our scope — ~130,000 residents, east of Cedar Park, anchored by Dell's HQ and a mature commercial base.
