Firefly Aerospace has purchased 40,000-square-feet in the Scottsdale Crossing Technology Center representing a capital investment of $6,000,000. They will create 682 new jobs with an average salary of $90,000.

Since partnering with Cedar Park in 2014, Firefly Aerospace has expanded its venture to include rocket systems and lunar landers. In February 2021, Firefly was awarded a $93.3 million contract by NASA to deliver payload to the moon in 2023.
